Vray - Blending Raw files

Hi,

I will buy soon, but first I have a question:

When using V-Ray, I render out the RawGI, RawLightMap and RawShadowMap files. How do I blend these together in Photoshop so that there is no loss of information? I assume I use multiply of one map over another, but which should be the base file? Or can you tell me how you blend them please?

Re: Vray - Blending Raw files

Hi Dave,

I am not having any special knowledge about blending these elements.
I propose to add VRayRawGlobalIlluminationMap to VRayRawLightingMap and not using VRayRawShadowMap. VRayRawLightingMap is rendered with shadows.

Thanks,
Andrzej
